Founded in 1985, Hbei Lihua Hat Manufacturing Group is an enterprise group of manufacturing woolen hats, rabbit fur hats, hat body, sewn hat, straw hats, knitted hat, high grade rabbit fur and nonwoven fabrics for industrial use. There are two joint venture enterprises under this Group, they are Dingxing Lida Hat Making Co., Ltd and Dingxing Lirui Fur Making Company. The Group now has total assets of 160 million yuan(RMB), and 1,800 employees. The annual output of various hats and hat bodies are up to 6 million pieces, 90% of which are for export. The felt hats export is 90% to the total export of felt hats from China and 40% of the world sales. The Group is the largest hats manufacturing enterprise group in the world.     The Lihua hats already exported to 65 countries, nearly covered all developed countriey market. And Lihua Hat had been destined for "The Nationality Destined Production Enterprise" by the State Department of China, also well-sold in more than 20 provinces and cities in China, especially in Tibet and Xinjiang market. Lihua Group had built up business relationship with many multiplus in the world, as Wal-mart in US, Carrefour in France. And Lihua Group had been destined for the hat supplier of Disney.We also supply hats for the 27th Sydney Olympic Games opening exercise, using for the honour guard.
The cooperation with Japan Fuji Corp in non-woven fabric for industrial, had been building since 2000, mainly produce Piano Hammer Felt, Decration insede Car Felt and so on. We have advance in equipment and technology and our workers get a longer train in Japan. These industrial felt are supplied to Panasonic, Toyota and so on. The productivity of piano felt for every year is about 5000pcs, the maim quality specification, such as density, hardness and elastic and so on, had reachered the first level in Asian.
